Weddings at Gloria Dei
Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, the pastors and people, are thrilled that you are considering our beautiful setting for your marriage ceremony. It will be amazing! Because of the sanctuary, location, and reception venues, Gloria Dei is often requested for weddings.
If interested, members and non-members of Gloria Dei are encouraged to call the church office (949) 493-3414 and request more information – availability of date, fees, and guidelines.
REHEARSAL DINNERS AND RECEPTIONS
Gloria Dei has several space options for your wedding reception.
THE SANCTUARY
The sanctuary is often used for the rehearsal and wedding and is able to easily accommodate 100-400+ people. A bride’s room is available for the bride and her attendants. There are also other outdoor venues at Gloria Dei.
RECEPTION
Bankson Hall is available for the reception. Tables and chairs are available for your use as part of the reception fee. Gloria Dei has 14 – 8’ tables, each comfortably seats 8-10 people. We also have 4 – 6 ft. tables which may be used for serving tables. There are chairs for 140 available.
More tables, chairs, dance floor, and other decorations can be rented.
Bankson Hall holds up to 250 people. Bankson Hall does have a large screen/video projector and sound system.
Outside areas, the courtyard, the roundabout area also are used as wedding reception venues and can be used to accommodate even more guests.
Alcohol is permitted and is covered in the Wedding Guidelines Brochure.
OTHER QUESTIONS
